"The best thing about this place is the view. The hotel is dirty - The room is dated and it smells like must - bathroom was disgusting - there was mold in the shower and about 2 inches of dust on the bathroom fan - you could tell the basics were only cleaned in the room. The bar service was very slow and the food was not great - the coffee bar was the highlight- nice customer service and the coffee was really good. We did not use the Waterpark as it was a getaway for my husband and I but wow...

"my kids enjoyed our stay. Access to the Wilderness's waterparks are a plus!"

They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make...
