"I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed."

"When I checked in the staff was great! The room was stale and flooring was dirty. Bathroom sink was leaking and the toilet was running all night. Breakfast was very slim pickings and no fruit was out the first morning. When I asked for additional towels the bald dark man was annoyed that I was asking for more towels, he asked what happened to the towels in the room. I used them... "The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away.
