"We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the location. It was very central for us.
We loved the Happy Hour the best! It was only bread, cheese and wine/beer. The hotel setup was well done. A great way to end a busy day before going out to dinner. Wish they did that through the weekend!
There was a mix up on our reservation but the hotel resolved it to our satisfaction.
We were on a high floor corner room and the views were spectacular!"

"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular.
Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive.
The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2...

"Only one elevator working in this property. When I came to check in, I had to wait 30 minutes in a queue to get the elevator to the 2nd floor (check in lobby) and then another 10 minutes again after check in to get the elevator up to my floor.
Room was somewhat clean, dated rooms, a little mould in the bathroom grouting. Bins in the rooms didn’t look very clean. No water provided by the hotel in the rooms or at the lobby."

"Our room and facilities were clean and well maintained.
Staff was helpful.
Restaurant food was good but pricey.
I did not really avail myself of any other amenities as I was only there for one night.
My major issue with this hotel is that it really didn’t have anything around it if you didn’t have a car."
