People tended to hang around the entrance for a long time, it would be nicer if there was a separate room/area for people to stay in whilst waiting for flights etc as large groups just hanging around at the door felt a bit uncomfortable. It could get a bit noisy although we were on the ground floor. We were not disturbed too much by this. "
