"The apartment was lovely and very convenient to Hyde park and Paddington station. I had issues with communications. Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia. There was also a problem with their systems being hacked. I think I was duped into sending money to an unknown source. I will try to resolve when I am home. Also when I tried to call/email on-site, they did not...

"Clean well equipped room, lobby and elevator. Friendly helpful staff. Underground parking limited except in areas that smelled like urine. Overall great location and hotel. Would stay there again. "

"Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit."
