"The hotel was immaculately clean and the amenties were also great! I enjoyed the steam room and the jacuzzi which were both open from 5 am to 11 am. Staff was friendly and informative. This will be my ho to hotel when i am staying in the this area of NY. Its also conveniently located, very near NY State Thruway. "
"We wish there were dishes, utensils and a pan for the nice kitchen which included an induction cooktop and dishwasher along with the refrigerator and microwave. The room was modern and very clean. Lacked a place to set luggage, had to use the bed."
"Very unique venue-loved the castle theme, and the rooms were very comfortable. Snacks, water and coffee provided in room. This was a fun place to just wander around inside, taking in all the artwork and castle decor. It was very quiet as well. We were barely aware of other guests during our stay. "

"everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window.
