"Super experience from start to finish. Check in was quick, efficient and very friendly. Room was impeccably clean with all amenities required for a night's stay. Check out was equally pleasant. Only experience that could be improved was service at the hotel restaurant for breakfast where it was pleasant but slow."

"Staff were lovely. It was an expensive room and nothing was included - breakfast was $22 pp and parking was $33 for the night! The room was musty/damp smelling. You could tell the hotel was older and renovated but it was a “lipstick on a pig” scenario. The lake view also provided a soundtrack from the nearby bars late into the evening. I have paid less for much nicer stays - when I return to Kingston I will choose another property."

"The Hotel is located in an awesome spot . While it is clean and everything worked the building is old in need of a refresher. I had the lakeside view which was nice . "The garden was very beautiful. Clean, friendly staff. It has a rustic charm with rich history. Walking distance to many parts of Kingston."

"Wonderful place with lots of room, comfortable bed and nice hot tub"

"Excellent property, clean and friendly. Great value."

"Beautiful house and our room was amazing. We loved the walk down to the waterfront and all the restaurants."

"We would be happy to go back there when we are in Kingston"

In one of the rooms, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, while the other room was missing a table lamp, which made the room quite dimly lit. Unfortunately, our experience with the breakfast service was disappointing. Breakfast was advertised as being available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the front desk and even verbally confirmed a night prior from the front desk,...

"Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff wonderful and very accommodating re parking our Tahoe. Location is wonderful for downtown parks shows and restaurants. Only complaints are related to fridge which froze all our food and drinks and the coffee machine that didn’t work."
