"Staff, parking, cleanliness, were amazing! Top notch! Staff are trained to check in with customers to make sure the stay is going well. A nice touch! I would like to see improvement in the scrambled eggs (powdered) and the coffee. The coffee was very weak. I also feel the cost of the hotel was very expensive. $689 for 2 nights. There is supposed to be a $100 security deposit to be refunded. The bill did not clearly reflect that."

"It was fine. Its a motel, so you hear everyone, the shower isn't good and it smells like cigarettes. But it was pretty good price and good location for biking."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very responsive on the Expedia app for messages. Room was so cool and classic! Neighborhood felt very safe, lovely walk to Queens. They let us leave bags after check out then return and have a cup of tea while we were waiting for our uber. Very classy! My only minor issue was coffee - there’s no hot coffee til 7am; pods were available before then but only French vanilla or decaf when I went at 6am. FYI if you need caffeine like me!"

"Building is 200 years old. It had 5 or 6 rooms. Very well maintained and classy. If you are a kind of the traveler who love classic style its your spot. I loved it!"

"The hotel was in a good location, convenient to get to our event. The room was not particularly clean. Most hotels are now pet-friendly but have designated floors for guests who have animals. This one did not. Some guests have severe allergies but this hotel has overlooked this. Will look elsewhere in the future."

"The stay was great. Friendly staff, comfy beds, ok variety for breakfast. Only thing is it you’re celiac or require gluten free just be careful as there’s a lot of cross contamination between the breakfast options. Otherwise everything else was great."
