"OBSESSED WITH THIS PROPERTY!!!
I booked it without realizing it was on an island so I had no idea what to expect. We were late getting in and didn’t arrive until close to midnight. The owners left a lovely little email with instructions on how to enter the property.
At first impression, we weren’t sure what to expect. We arrived when the town had shut down for the night and it was dark. There was no one to greet us or check us in so we had to take a minute to get situated with where the room...

"Excellent place to stay. Next time I come back in Kingston, I will stay at this hotel.
Nice staff, nice hot tub, good breakfast, several restaurants nearby.
Very clean, confortable mattress. The only thing they don't have, is a table with 2 chairs if you want to order a meal and eat it in the room."

"Jason at the front desk was very accommodating and customer friendly, breakfast was better than most other hotels, pool was nice but needed to be clean, beds were comfortable, cost per night was alot better than the downtown hotels."

"Great place to stop and sleep. The place was immaculate, beautiful landscape and many stores around.
My room was clean, smelled fresh, spacious and perfect.
There was missing a microwave but they allowed us to use the one at the eating area. They even offered us utensils and whatever was missing for free.
They are also pet friendly with a huge green space for your pet. Just keep it clean.
I highly recommend 😁"

"Breakfast included is a great perk - it’s substantial and tasty. Room was nice size, very clean, comfy beds, sound proofed well. Nice to have access to laundry, pool and gym. Location was good for where I needed to be."

"Cute clean spacious room. Walk to next door coffee and fast food. Great location and great price. Keep in mind it is a roadside motel, it’s not a 5 star resort, it’s comfortable and quaint."
