"We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "Lovely high spec cottage. Clean and new interiors. A romantic stay for couples but we had a three year old! Peaceful and quiet location. A short drive to shops and not too far to some good vineyards. Breakfast was quite nice but would be good to have a helpful option. My daughter loved the trampoline and small playground. Felt like a safe location. I’d recommend taking the hotel up on their offer of starting the hot tub for arrival as I couldn’t manage it!"
