"Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. I had the apartment to myself but it could have got pretty crowded if all the rooms were occupied."

"Generell muss das Hotel renoviert werden. Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber nicht blickig. Geschirr wurde erst nach Aufforderung abgeräumt, Kaffee oder Tee Bestellung auch auf Nachfrage. Poolliegen wurden nicht nach Benutzung abgeräumt. Gesamteindruck : ein etwas schmutziges Hotel für uns. Es gibt in der Nähe gemütlichere Häuser für günstiger. Kaffee und Tee sind aus Instand Packungen und nicht frisch (für den Preis eher beschämend) Frühstück sonst Okay. "

"Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail"

"My request for a ground-floor room (or) one close to the lift was not even sent to the hotel (according to the hotel manager). The property was not convenient for parking our car and there were too many mosquitoes."
