"The Big Texan Steakhouse is a top notch restaurant. The hotel, not so much! The only thing good about the hotel is it's location next to the restaurant. If you aren't eating at the restaurant you would be better off staying somewhere else. This hotel is 2 stars at best and that's being nice."

"The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed"

"Our family loved the rental property setup and home decor. It was a two bedroom rental. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was plenty of towels for a family of four. It was great to see the extra special touches such as body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. There was a washer/dryer unit in the rental. It was a very nice property. I would recommend a few things for the property to improve: the master bedroom mattress was too hard and poor quality. My husband and I are both Disabled...

"I checked in very late and out very early. However, the front desk was manned 24 hours daily, so i had no problems. The hotel was conveniently located to major thoroughfres. Breakfast started early. I was able to get some rest in a comfortable, clean place, and be on my way."

"Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. "Everything was excellent, great view, lovely staff, great nearby restaurant. The no daily cleaning was a little confusing, I suppose they don’t enter your unit if you’re not in the room."
