"We’re by the back door and heard it slam closed all night long"

"The pool and hot tub were in working order and very clean. The pool is open 24x7, with children excluded at night. Everything was clean, even the parking lot. There's a nice lobby area if you have other people to hang out with. We didn't hear people through the walls, just sometimes when people were passing in the hall and talking loudly."

"The hard floors were sticky. They need to not just spread the sticky and change the mop if used for sticky items. I had to mop the room's floor with towels so we could walk on the floor."

As we walked into the lobby it looked as though they were in the middle of a remodel that started a decade ago and got left like that. We were assigned a room, and we hoped against all hope that the room was at least clean. As we opened the door, we were quickly shown that all hope was lost. "Front desk staff was amazing. Parking was easy. Location was fine. We stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. "

End of the day I swore at belittled called names told to get the f out and leave the property. Finally got a refund after 3 days of being ignored by them. Good luck if you decide to stay.
