"Our room wasn’t cleaned at all one day and when we went down to the lobby to just ask for towels, the lady was extremely rude and didn’t apologize or offer an explanation as to why our room was left unattended. The next day, they “cleaned” our bathroom but left hair all over the floor and didn’t properly restock our towels so we were left using small towels to dry ourselves. The beds were left unmade. "Hotel and room are extremely outdated. It looks like the furniture in the room has been there from the 90s. The desk chair in the room had the leather peeling all over. "The price was affordable, and the room was relatively clean. However, we found bugs in the room. The bathroom faucet was also loose, and the key card did not work properly, which was inconvenient.
I understand that experiences can vary from person to person, but for my family, the room did not feel comfortable or truly clean. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children."
