"The staff was terrific. Ricky and Priscilla accommodated my request to check in a bit earlier. The hotel lobby and breakfast was very very clean. The Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was replenished so everyone had choices."

"Clean room"

"* Signs of water damage in the bedroom and hallways. * Yoga wasn’t available because the instructor called out. * Prepare to wait at least 35-45 minutes for your breakfast order to be taken. * Goose poop all over the property."

"Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, awesome craft activities, yoga, goat hike and more!"

"Views were spectacular. On site hiking trails and lots of local trails and parks. Food nearby was great. Lots of options"

"I think i got bed bites from that hotel i can show the pics of the bites. The next day after i spent the night there i started itching i didnt go anywhere else after in that hotel."

"I loved our stay here. I would definitely come back."

"For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...

"The place was dirty overall and the floors were dirty. People seemed to be loving there and causing constant noise throughout the nights. No smoke alarm in the room either."

"Run…run… fast as you can from this place, save your time and money! I’m surprised this place is open for business you have to pay $20 cash to get your key room and I didn’t even stay, I return the key soon as I see how filthy the room was, When I return the key and told the men in the office the room was dirty He told me you can complain much as you want bye! Unbelievable! I had to look for another place to stay"

"The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay."

"The room was comfortable and incredibly clean. Staff at checkin were very helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed two of the three nights that we stayed."
