"We arrive Midnight, excellent pickup service, dropped you to your room, helped with bags to room,let us in, explained everything . Lovely spacious rooms. Shower was great. Full Breakfast was great, set you up for the day."

"Easy, quick checkin. Great staff explained all you need to know at checkin. Great bar/restaurant areas with big screen tv by the bar for sport etc. Very comfortable room, amazing bed and pillow menu. Room service delivered by a robot. Easy parking and free shuttle although is an easy 8min walk from the airport. Highly recommend."

"Receptionist was friendly and helpful, and property was clean and cosy. Its a perfect stop before heading to christchurch airport, being a very short drive away!"

"We had a great stay here! The staff generously upgraded our accommodation, and left a treat for us. The property was very clean, and beautiful styled. Our accommodation had a great view of the lake and gold course, and the sunset! The amenities were excellent and we felt really relaxed staying there! Definitely a hidden gem - we would go back again!"

"Good parking.staff and owners were friendly and helpful. The carpets were stained and filthy including the bathroom ventilation duct.apart from that everything was good was excellent and comfortable. Definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was very nice and in a great area. There was a bit of a mix up on the rooms we booked which seemed to be a disconnect between Expedia and the hotel’s systems. The manager on duty resolved the issue and went out of his way to check on us later to make sure we were having a nice stay. The restaurant food was excellent and we really enjoyed the ambiance. Overall a great stay."
