"It’s old. It’s dumpy. A/C unit is from the 1980s loud and noisy. The elevator to the second floor still requires you to use 5 stairs to get to your room , difficult to navigate those stairs with luggage. It’s not close to the airport as advertised. "

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was big enough and had chairs outside room. Bathroom had awkward by bedroom. Very clean. Staff not very friendly especially the lady who checked us in. Room key would not work so I immediately went back only to find her locking up. She was not happy about having to go back in. It then took her forever how to figure out how to make a new key. It was only 4 pm. isn’t that normal check in time? The office was then closed up. The next day about noon I asked a maintenance man...

"Our room smelled so bad it was nauseating. The air unit seemed to be leaking by the wetness of the carpet around it. The sofa bed had no sheets or anything available to fix it. It was only 1 night but I would never book again. "

"Great staff and really good shuttle service for the airport and local stores. Breakfast was good but was not replenished well. It was missing toast and fruit for quite awhile before someone came to refill everything. Other than that we would return there as it might have been an off day for them"

"Conveniently right by Busch Gardens. Because of that the there’s a lot of wear and tear from foot traffic. Bit pricey but you can’t beat the convenience if you’re taking the family to a local parks. Bathroom was not as clean as I would like. "

"This was a motel. The place is outdated and not very clean. There was a blood stain on one of our pillows. There were people standing outside for most the night & evening smoking weed. There is no smart tvs and the tv had like 10 channels. Yes this was a great deal from Expedia and close to the park, but you get what you pay for. "
