"Not as clean as it should have been.
The front desk person was not very pleasant. The computer was slow.
There was no coffee maker in the room .
I was asked to go to the FD to get it myself, but, then a staff member brought it to the door. Did not even offer to bring it in and plug it.
No bottled water was provided as most places do.
Sunday breakfast omlet was good , but the
Gravy (saturday and Sunday )and grits from saturday was too thick.
Coffee was great.breakfast area was clean."

"Several family members booked this hotel for an 80th birthday. Great location with easy access to a variety of dining options. However, this is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed in.
Rooms: Looked clean but on checking out realized we our mattress was dirty with blood stains (pictures attached).
Locks: During our entire stay, the room keys for all rooms in the hotel did not work. Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....
