"Our first stay was okay. It was convenient to be close to the airport. Our return stay was less desirable as we were given a room on the top floor farthest from the entrance without an elevator at that end of the hallway. Two bath towels but only one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people."

"For the last 6 years, I come down to Fort Meyers to visit a friend and stay at this location while there. I have noticed that the floors in my room are dirty the last couple of years?
