" Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. "

"Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. "

"Our room had a very strong damp smell as soon as we walked in. Pool was nice but small. Good variety for breakfast. "

"I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike. Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available....

"This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. The long term...

"It's a budget hotel, so I know what to expect, and I was very happy with my stay. There were no bugs, the bed was comfy, the walls were not thin, and the water was surprisingly hot for a hotel, so all those things were great to me! It was a little dirty, but the rooms seemed recently renovated, so I was happy with it. There was no real breakfast, but I had already accounted for that and appreciated the hot coffee each morning. Keep in mind that it does have smoking rooms, and the first floor...
