"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Had a great stay here. No parking on site but the garage isn't very far. Lots of yummy food in the neighborhood."

"The room was a bit too noisy. We can hear the noises coming from the streets. We got a issue with the bathroom (bathtub and toilet clogged). We had to call the reception and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. We appreciate. Everything else was good."

"The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were friendly, helpful and had great suggestions when I asked for their opinions. They also told us about their car service which we used a few different times… highly recommend this! Especially when going to the airport. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it to others. I also appreciated the security of the main door in the evening."

"The hotel was very nice, the room was modern and clean. The shower faucet was loose and would actually come off if you pulled on it but it functioned fine. Exercise room had lots of weights and machines. The doormen were super friendly and welcoming. My advice is to request a room with a view, otherwise you might get the room we got which had a view of a brick wall and mechanicals. on the other hand, maybe you would want that room if you wanted more privacy.😆"

"Terrible "

"Have stayed at the empire many times after its renovation but it has probably been 10 years since I last stayed there. What was once the place to be has now been let fall apart. The aircon heats when it’s supposed to cool. No more amenities in the rooms. Dust everywhere. Roll up blinds do not roll up. Elevators are incredibly dirty - carpet need steam cleaning. Bathroom has no vents so the moisture has caused years of damage to the walls. Such a shame to have let the property end up this way....
