"The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did a great job, and all staff we talked with were spectacular - knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The pool and saunas were wonderful. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working, but that was only a minor disappointment. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Amsterdam Centraal, and allows for easy navigation through the city."

"A fantastic location! So clean and generally beautiful. The staff was friendly and efficient. It would be great if there was access to the gas station next to the hotel. We ended up driving around for half an hour looking for fuel which is sad since there is a station next to the hotel."

"Hotel was very nice. Staff were unfriendly on arrival. We didn’t get offered discounted breakfast but others did and we where disappointed with the lack of drinks and toiletries in the room especially when paying so much per night for the room."

"Wow, such a lovely experience. I was traveling alone with my 5 year old and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They welcomed us with a small stuffed animal for my kiddo, a free bathing suit so she could swim, and free breakfast for her in the morning. The airport shuttle was so convenient and the room and facilities were great. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Many thanks to the entire staff! "
