"NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT and STAFF. HORRIBLE. Dirty tub I had to go buy vim and clean bathroom. Karen manager complained about dog being loose for 20 seconds when I arrived and we were getting out of car. Animal control comes next day to ask if my dog is running loose ? - 20 seconds ?? Tiny bugs infested room. Couldn't afford to pay again to another clean hotel. On the way home had to bring all cloths to laundry before going home so I didn't bring their bugs back to my clean house. No one answering front desk for 3 days , no one answering phone at front desk or return messages for 3 days. You pay then your on your own except for Karen complaining that the dog can't go on grass area. Classic dog hater. Not dog friendly place at all. I guess pet friendly refers to the bugs in the room ?"

"Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the amenities and the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!!!!"

"My room itself was clean and comfortable. Hotel divided into two sections. I paid for a room with a lakeview balcony. The "balcony" was NOT a balcony at all more like a very rundown motel external walkway with zero privacy or seating. Complete waste of money for the upgrade. The side of the hotel that has more "Tuscan" inspired rooms does have private balconies. The common spaces like lobby etc. very lack luster. Restaurant doesn't open until 8 am which was a disappointment if you like to be up early."

"Great, restful stay. Comfortable bed. Clean room! Staff are helpful & friendly. It is family run, family friendly. Well kept inn. The pool was an added bonus. Barbecues are available. Shuffleboard, too. There is a/c, a fridge, and a microwave. Thank you kindly."
