"The ranch was a unique experience. The view of the valley was wonderful and as a bird watcher I enjoyed wandering the hillside and finding some great birds. The room was large but we were surprised not to find a TV. As seniors we didn't ride horses but they were a wonderful edition to the place. If you are looking for suggestions, it would be the dinner hour where better service should be provided. No one really introduced themselves or told us that we had to get the menus ourselves and...

"We knew that this would be more like a camping experience so keep that in mind. It is not "glamping". Our family stayed in a wagon. It was a great experience. Basketball hoop, lodge with a pool table, a restaurant on site. The views were beautiful! The beds were comfortable. The horses coming in and going out at night were so fun to watch. My only issue was the bathrooms. Even for a campground these were really rough and we camp quite a bit. Two nights was the perfect amount for us!"

The owners are very courteous and friendly to any needs you may have. You can even take horseback trail rides (extra$).
