"Overall good. Most things have been updated. The windows need heavy CLR treatment or replacement to remove all the calcium and lime deposits that make them look foggy. The pool area needs some updates and touch ups. The hot tub was luke warm on one day, but perfect temperature the next day. Breakfast could use better fruit and bananas. Probably would stay there again. "

"This is our quick go-to spot when we are in Dawsonville. The staff is very friendly and always a great help when needed. "

"The hotel was nice but there was no restaurant and the breakfast options were very limited. Gym OK but some equipment out of order. Staff were kind and very helpful."

"The room was nice, especially the comfort of the bed and the nice lighting. The shower water did not get hot, only luke warm, and I saw a few bugs in the room. The complimentary breakfast was good. I believe the hotel is still being remodeled, so there are probably a few things not completed yet. Overall an average to good review."

"Plumbing unpredictable. Without a toilet for 9 hours of the 12 we were there. Just a warning for anyone who is looking for an unaggravated means of relaxation. Management takes no accountability in a so-called bully type of demeanor. Where the customer is always right, their portion is I just can't take your word for it. Very strong odor of air freshener gave an indication upon check in that their trying to comceal a particular fonk. The room was nice in size and would have been comfortable but...

"AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained. "

"After my credit card processed then desk told me no city water from 11 pm to 6 am first night. Smaller pillows requested not available. Bed too high for short, older person and no stepping device there. Breakfast was well managed. "

"The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. "
