"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, beautiful hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very smartly designed. I had a fantastic time and would stay there again. The neighborhood is on the calmer side, which is great. Easy access to Ginza and Kinschico (which is less touristic, I recommend getting lost in this area) A lot of great places at a walking distance, easy access to narita airport using the bus and the 24h supermarket right downstairs is great for late night needs. Highly recommend."

"A wonderful stay! We felt completely at ease. The staff were always very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were cozy. Compared to other hotels, the rooms are a good size and offer some—albeit limited—surface space for belongings. There is no wardrobe, though there are facilities for hanging up clothes. "The location of this hotel is awesome, it is just next to the Kodemmacho station, just 1 stop next to Akihabara. The whole hotel maintained quite well, and the room is pretty spacious and comfortable, and won’t be noisy during the night. The nice point is the hot spring (not the natural one btw), and there are some sweet treats outside after your bath. You may also enjoy a free noodle if you can catch the time. You will have to check-in with the machine but overall the staffs are very polite...

"Great location, it’s about 10-15 minute walk to Akihabara station. There’s a 7/11 down the road and it’s in a quiet area. Eco-laundry is a 3 minute walk. On the 2nd floor there’s a place to heat up your food and sit to eat, this was super helpful. The room itself was fine, it was just super small. It said it fit 5 but really more like 3. Housekeeping had to be requested, however there was a trash bin outside the rooms to dispose of trash. Other than that, it was good overall."

"Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war perfekt geputzt. Allerdings war der Teppich extrem abgenutzt und fleckig. Abends hatten wir nach einem zusätzlichen Kissenbezug gefragt und der Mitarbeiter sagte das wäre nicht möglich. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir den Kissenbezug dann von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin bekommen."
