We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.

It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel and the staff ensured this was very well celebrated. The pools were lovely and clean and there was a couple of great dining restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time visiting for a short stay and brought a friend who was also in need of some rest and recuperation We had a slight issue with our room (unpleasant smell/insects) but this was dealt with promptly by the manager and our room was changed and we were even given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for the inconvenience. The food was exceptional and all staff very pleasant. A great restful stay in a beautiful location.

Loved the service and setting of the hotel. Only real drawback was a relatively limited food range in the restaurant as my partner is vegetarian. However great restaurants within walking / short driving distance so not a major issue.

Very nice hotel with excellent amenities and staff

Very nice hotel with roomy and comfortable rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. Location is excellent, right in front of the sea and direct access to the waterfront walk along Playa Blanca. The food was in general very good/excellent, but the deserts could be better. Apart from two very nice swimming pools (one is salt water) there is also a jacuzzi, miniature golf, tennis, a nice bar with evening entertainment. The adult only atmosphere was very nice and peaceful.

Excellent stay once again. The staff ensure you are veey well looked after. The only disappointment was the entertainment. Live shows are no longer every night so other than chill out music in lobby bar, the atmosphere goes flat. Please bring back nightly shows.

Spotlessly clean hotel and great service all round

The hotel was very good indeed, great staff, room was excellent, half board food was amazing, and we normally don’t book it, so we’re really surprised how good it was. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout too. Really impressed overall and will be back. The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning which while it didn’t work properly our first 24 hours and the room was so hot in the night I couldn’t sleep for three hours, it was promptly fixed the next day and worked sufficiently for the remainder of our stay. The terrace for food was also incredibly good, and when full was always worth the five minute wait for a table.

30mins from airport. Restaurant staff attentive. Food good. Check in was good. A little rough checking out but restored by gentleman who first attended to me but he stepped away to help two other people when a young lady came up to me offering help but I told her the gentleman was helping me. She said I was rude to her by what I told her. I was alarmed and replied that she should not tell a guest that. I waited for the gentleman and he gave me sparkling wine which I declined but he insisted. Thank you sir.

Fantastic hotel

We are very lucky to have spent 19 days in this hotel in July 2023. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and unusually for us we will definitely go back. The presentation of the hotel entrance is pretty impressive and looks more than its 4 stars. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a lovely premium room overlooking the sea with fabulous views of Fuerteventura. Unusually we had an empty fridge provided for us to keep drinks cool, which was a nice touch. The pool area is huge and the large space around the two large pools meant that you didnt feel on top of other people. There are loads of sunbeds and the hotel has a policy of not allowing people to reserve sunbeds, although a few people still seemed to think they had the right to do that which is annoying. This is a bug bear of ours and always iritates us in other hotels we have stayed in. Here though it was not necessary as there are so many there was never an issue with finding a couple for us to use. The food choice every day was incredible and while it didnt change much because of the large choice you could always find something you fancied each day. The seafood night was our favourite! The bar and entertainment were equally great, both staff, entertainment each night and the work of the hotel animator (Zelinda) was amazing. My wife loved the pilates most mornings. I loved using the gym by the pool. We cant wait to go back!
