"The hotel is a bit aged and it shows, but it still cleans up well. The washer dryer room is excellent, though. My main issue is the unwillingness for the staff to help with a simple damaged delivery that i shipped to this hotel. They refused to aid me in calling the shipping company and i had to request a manager. The shipping company did right by me for the damage, but the front desk employees at this hotel left a sour taste in the mouth. All i can say is, do better front desk employees, do better. My request for help was around 7 pm and the lobby was empty of check ins at that time."

"The hotel was great for the value. Super close to the train station. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was very comfortable and convenient. They give you slippers and pijamas and there's free coffee and drinks available throughout. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, room was super clean. Spotless. Shower pressure was excelent. We really enjoyed our stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. It is not super close to Dontobori and other Osaka attractions, but if you don't mind taking the subway, it is a very convenient commute. I would stay again and recommend."

"Overall perfect location, great breakfast, 100% will stay here again. Some highlights for us, we had an issue with our pocket wifi (battery inflated) when we were there. We bought the pocket wifi ourselves and picked it up from the airport. Unfortunately to return the broken pocket wifi to the company we bought it from and get a replacement is very hard to do ourselves since we don’t speak Japanese. Front desk helped us with this, they are so friendly and helpful. They also helped with storing our luggage while we went somewhere else for a few days we stayed here and had another booking here. They also helped accept a parcel that we had sent to the hotel. They also helped send our luggage to the airport with a same day delivery service. To be honest, staying here felt like home since they were so helpful. Highly recommend this place!"
