"I made my reservation in advance, know I would be passing through on my way home. When we arrived at the property the parking was decently lit and clean. The staff that greeted me was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She even gave me a treat for my dog. We rode the elevator to the 3rd floor and found our room decently clean. The floor was a little disheveled, it was obvious they were working on updates (paint, carpet, etc...). Our room was decent size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot and had decent water pressure. It was mostly quiet. My only real complaint is that we noticed a smell of cigarettes upon entering our room and we occasionally caught a wif of pot. The property says that the rooms are non smoking, so I don't know why it had the smell. We slept well (12 yr old son, dog, and I) and check out was a cinch. We would return if life brought us in that direction. I am sure it will be lovely when the updates are complete. Overall it was a positive experience."
