"Low season and low occupancy so excellent time to be there. Yapak is good area to be away from the masses and the hotel does its best to put on a fair shuttle service into Station 2. Highly recommend the transport assistance from port or airport offered by the hotel. Food was good but the general area lacks many options but I expect that was down to low season. You soon learn to eat out or use the hotel cafe or tuck shop."

"Nothing at this place was maintained, from the buildings A/C units to the shuttle vans that moved you around the property. They purposely mislead the customer by showing pictures of the property when it was new."

"Great location, the beach is just a short walk away with lots to see & do. The staff was very friendly & the free shuttle made going into town very convenient. The food was delicious every time, while the free breakfast saved us some time & money each morning. It was a great surprise that each night booked included an hour of massage. "Located quite far from exciting White Beach but hotel has free shuttle bus every hour to D'Mall. Don't forget to take free transportation to jetty port. Breakfast is too simple and doesn't change for two days we stay at Soffia. Last day, we leave early in the morning and the hotel has complimentary packed breakfast for us, which is nice and convenient."

"Most of the Aircon is old and does not make the room cold. I had to asked the staff for an EFan bevause rooms were hot and we are sweating. The hot water is not working too. The best part here is its not too expensive and the the staff are kind and accomodating. They also have free shuttle to DMall till 9pm vice versa because its a bit far in the long beach but its ok."

"It had a good selection of amenities, including free access to the gym, swimming pool, and a complimentary 15 min. paddleboarding and kayaking every day. The café had a great selection of food, from Western to Filipino dishes. The breakfast buffet started at 6am so if you wanted an early rise, that was available to you.
