"The breakfast was terrific. We stayed in the Jacqueline Kennedy suite. Filled with Kennedy memorabilia even for one originally from John’s birthplace. The hotel is a grand old dame. Worth a visit in a very busy and fun area filled with night life. Istanbul is a fascinating city of history and modernity. Go you’ll be surprised especially if from the U.S. or Canada."

"Had great interactions with the staff here. Friendly, helpful, and always opened the door for us. Room was comfortable and spacious. Was awesome to have a washing machine and kitchenette (hot plate and fridge). Room was quiet with windows closed despite noise in alley. AC worked well but was noisy. Was fixed quickly by staff when it malfunctioned one evening. Great location."

"Good breakfast. Excellent location for first timers visiting Istanbul. Very accessible to Public transportation. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a connecting rooms. One with balcony. One of the room has a weird smell. The rooms are a bit tight for 2 pax with luggage. No issues with cleanliness."

Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. "We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in a very lively area, so we appreciated the double-glazing, the air con, and the fact that when appropriate the windows do open! The building is rather historic and the furnishings give character to the atmosphere"

"Great location. Clean and safe neighbourhood. Walkable to Taksim Square and the Galata Bridge and waterfront. Clean, beautiful room. High ceiling. Very nice bathroom. Water pressure is ok. Hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. Make sure it’s included or it’s 15€ per person."

"While the hotel has many appealing qualities, several details fell short of expectations. Bathroom towels were worn and notably thin, and face towels were not provided. Shampoo was also missing from the bathroom for the first two days of our stay. Housekeeping lacked consistency, with rooms serviced on two days after 5:00 pm and turndown service offered irregularly. Despite a refrigerator being available in the gym, it was never stocked with water, and towels were never available....

"We had a fantastic stay at Nuru Ziya Suites this week. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s excellent communication through WhatsApp and their proactive offer of a return airport shuttle....
