"The location and building are great. However during check in, I had to wait for a long time until the host finally communicated to building security staff about a new guest, despite previous confirmation that everything was settled. They host didn’t provide access card. I had to always wait for someone to open the main entrance, access to the parking and access to the elevator. Waiting times were short but still a bit uncomfortable. However, to access the gym the access card is also needed and I do workouts daily. Every time I had to wait for someone to pass by to open it, and wait times were long and frustrating. I had to go back and forth several times until I finally find someone kind enough to open the door to an unknown person. Every single day I requested the host to provide the access card with no success. I decided to leave the place with systolic four days left until check out and move somewhere else. I had to spend more money but at least avoid the recurring frustration. There are some other flaws with cheap kitchen appliances and utensils but I don’t want to spend more time and energy on this frustrating experience. Hope this helps the host to improve."

"Great hotel in the heart of Yas island - close to the airport, nearby access to all the theme parks and Yas mall as well. Walking distance to Yas waterfront which has some lovely restaurants. Clean, spacious room with complimentary water provided. Would stay here again "
