"I booked the hotel 3 months early, that time my child is 12 years old, so I booked a room which allows 2 adults and 1 child to stay in. However, by the time we arrived at the hotel, my child just turned into 13 and the staff said the room was not suitable for us, but all other rooms were fully booked. We were disappointed with this system, this is too tricky because the child is actually 2-3 months difference on age, the figure and height stay the same, if a 12-year old child can fit in the room, why a 13-year-old not fit? I’d rather book a room with 3 adults, hope this can be fixed next time. "

"Overall the hotel was pretty dirty. The elevators smelled like piss and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room was a little better, but it was still a little on the dusty side. The true downside to this hotel was the fact that the bed was stiff as a board, we were only provided one rock hard pillow for the each of us, and there was no refrigerator in our room. Every other hotel we stayed at in Japan (over a dozen of them) gave at least two pillows and an in-room refrigerator. We won’t be coming back here"

"Stayed three nights here and it was great. Even the single room which I booked had enough space for me to open my suitcase. By Tokyo standards it was a very nicely sized room. Had lots of windows (as opposed to the typical single square window in a business hotel). Shower and water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was fantastic, two minute walk from JR Yamanote and Chiyoda lines. But that also brings me to the biggest downside of this hotel, and that’s the noise from the trains, specifically the Keisei line, whose tracks run very very close to the hotel. The trains rumble through every few minutes. After midnight the trains stop, but they resume again around 6. I am neither a particularly light, nor heavy sleeper. But these trains were loud enough to wake me up at 6, and I couldn’t get back to sleep without earplugs. If noise doesn’t bother you, definitely stay here. If it does, maybe look somewhere else. "

"Located near the Tokyo Skytree, this hotel was budget friendly and good value for money. Whilst the room was small, it was ideal for a solo traveller like myself. My room was located close to the toilets and shower room outside of my room which were always available to use and relatively clean. I was provided with a towel, and was able to request for a socket adaptor which I was able to hire for a refundable deposit. Whilst reception hours were not 24hrs, I had no issues entering and leaving the building early in the morning or late at night. The ground floor came with a kitchen area, dining area and a laundry room with affordable pricing. The nearest station was a ~7-10min walk away and connected well to the rest of the Capital. Close to the hotel, there were a few convenience stores which were open most of the time. Despite the pillow looking very thin and small in size, I was able to sleep comfortably using it. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very respectful and friendly. "
