"The staff was very helpful. It was a stormy afternoon when we arrived. The hotel is right by the Shirahama beach( 2 minutes’ walk). Our room was on the top floor with ocean view, and we could see the sunrise and watch the surfers catching the waves. There is a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. The room was very spacious. "Room is clean but front office staff not very helpful. No complimentary water provided and no restaurant in the hotel . Nearby no restaurants . Difficult to find food . Have to walk a steep slope to find restaurants. The good point about the hotel is that it has beautiful sea view and it provides free shuttle service to the train station. Would not recommend to stay in"
