"My stay. Here was absolutely wonderful. The staff the cleanliness. The Location to the Plaza Armas. I stayed in a superior room which has a large king bed TVs with Wi-Fi. Beautiful bathroom. I read of the reviews. Almost all of them were really good. But Summer, one stars because it is on a little alley. That has some bars that apparently there’s noisy at night. I didn’t worry about that on the review because I often put sleep music on and have a little speaker. I will absolutely stay here....

"Great colonial hotel in a good location. It was close enough to walk to the main square and restaurants but far enough away from them to be quiet. It has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden. The balcony was nice for sitting to enjoy the view of the City. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They provided a heater since it was a little cold at night. The water in the shower took a minute to get hot but it was nice pressure and hot. The breakfast was amazing - fresh hot food with...

"This is a cute little place to stay in Cuzco. The best part was the staff; they were exceptional! Very professional, very friendly, and very helpful! This property is close to Cuzco’s Historic Center, for meals, shopping and sightseeing."

"The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us."

"The staff was extremely helpful, always checking in on us when we arrived and any time we would pass through the lobby. The laundry service through the hotel was very very easy- they dropped it off the next day to our room. The only thing we didn’t like was how loud it was. Since the rooms face inward to a courtyard, the sound travels up and echos. People were talking and closing doors all night, so had to have ear plugs. Loved the staff and the hotel, but it was too loud for us."

"Airport shuttle was amazing. The premium room's jacuzzi couldnt get hot water. Just warm and then cool. It was very frustrating. The heaters dont really expend heay, simply warm up themselves. Location is right by busy San Pedro market and it is loud with traffic and people, but worse off, all through the night - very loud disturbances. 2nd night i transfered to another room more in the corner.. i was awaken at 4 am by tons of clanging and scraping on some part of the property foundation....

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had an excellent time Our room was large, spacious and clean. My favorite part was definitely the bed. It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main attractions such as the market and the main square. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. "
