"This is an older hotel that has attempted to refurbish the rooms. When booking, I requested and paid for a view. The view was a cement block wall- very disappointing! When I asked for a room with a better view I was dismissed and told that rooms were assigned in order of checkin. We checked in around 5:30 pm and had done the online precheckin much earlier in the day. The room itself was really basic and there were tiny black bugs (3) in the bathroom near the sink. Amenities were minimal although...
