"Staff .. clean"

"Amazing location, room 1 had view of Yasaka Pagoda right outside the window. Units were very comfortable and had everything we needed, small kitchen, laundry and wonderful bathroom with soaking tubs. Staff was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We stayed with kids and another family. One thing to note, because of tourist crowding on the street it’s not possible for taxi/uber to get right to the hotel, you need to walk a bit to get there. Fine for us but just something to know."

"The property offered everything we needed, and it was nice that there were extras (like games, household items) available if needed. The room was very spacious and the amenities were easy to use. The only small thing I think it lacked was a mirror that was always accessible. The only mirrors were in the shower room but it would be nice to have another in the main living area. We were able to rent (for free) a desktop mirror for applying makeup. It is very conveniently located next door to the...
