"My first comments of the hotel were good seeing it was my very first day here and I hadn’t even slept here yet. The staff is very friendly and professional. One major issue was the smell in my room. There was obviously a leak from the air conditioner so there was a nasty smell in the carpet. When I would be out of my room for a couple of hours and come back, the smell was awful!!!! However I didn’t complain. I’m a very simple person and I do not like to complain. I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t a phone to call down to front desk. There are plenty of places for drinks, food, and also souvenir shops close by. "

"Buenos dias el sabado me hospede en sus instalaciones y cuando llegue al cuarto estaba abierto y las sabanas mal puestas verifique si habia alguien en el cuarto pero no habia nadie. El staff muy servicial y amigable. La muchacha que me recibió muy atenta conmigo. Solo fue lo del cuarto"

"The hotel was well kept but there was NO HOT WATER to shower with. We informed front desk staff and they advised us to let the shower faucet run for 10 min to allow hot water to run. We let it run 45 min and still no hot water. Also the room was freezing because you could not control the AC. There was no microwave or phone in the room to call front desk if needed. I was very disappointed."
