"We were highly disappointed. Although we booked through Expedia, we are long time Marriott BonVoy members & this was NOT Marriott quality at all. 1st we got the wrong room. Hours after checking in, I went to front desk & heard a man checking in, last minute with NO RESERVATION & got the room that we were suppose to have!! Really?... 2nd, The hotel had NO TV SVC. Absolutely no TV. After driving from VA, we had very specific plans on how we would end our VERY LONG DAY/NIGHT. Can we survive without TV? Of course, BUT this should be expressed PRIOR to checking in!!!! It was terrible & then found out they lied because they have been having this problem many days before even got there. Woke up in middle of the night _ saw a huge bug crawling out of our room, into the hallway, under the huge gap of room door. Thank God I couldn't see exactly what kind of bug it was in time. That was God because if it were a certain bug, I would have lost my mind....Just not the Marriott standard that I'm used to. "

"Poor experience Was woken up by front desk asking me to stop naking noise and running in room! I was asleep and at 80 not sure I can do what they accused me of doing... So never again this terrible chain"

"Room was clean enough the half a#* renovations made ot look worse than anything I did have a quite a few uninvited guest enough that I wouldn't bring my bag in for fear of taking them (roaches) I also didn't appreciate them telling me at check in that if I was caught hanging out outside after 9 pm that I would be evicted without a refund since I am a grown woman and if I want to hang out at 3 am and smoke that is my proagative.Its a non smoking room supposedly but all I could smell was stale cigarettes with me being a smoker i should not have smelled cigarettes to the point i had to spray air freshener. "

"Staff was rude, demanded my passport for id, stating drivers license wasn’t enough. Worst check-in experience ever. The lady should not be working with tourists…. She has her own agenda. Also the tv and ac in the room don’t work. The hotel is run down and not cheerful atmosphere at all."
