"Grand Hyatt Incheon is the excellent choice to stay in Incheon. The hotel was immaculately clean, staff were welcoming & helpful, hotel building was magnificent in and out. Location wise, it was perfect. It’s near the airport & the amazing Paradise City mall. A perfect perk for the location was the free shuttle service. For us, this was the best feature or add on. It made our stay easy, comfortable and convenient. We’ll definitely coming back to Grand Hyatt Incheon the next time we’re in Korea!!!❤️. Proud to recommend to my friends and family!😊"

"The room was very clean. The bathroom door open too close to the toilet so if you want to fit inside comfortable, you have to close the door behind you . The shower is very nice and spacious. No body lotion included at this hotel. You have a nice fridge, 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses. The closets are a nice size. However, when i arrived the safe did not work. No battery. They came and fix it right away. The only complaint i have is the guests bathroom down by the lobby. They have been extremely dirty for the past 2 days. One of the women bathroom had dry dog poop and urine on the wall and floor. I reported that to the front desk person at 0930 am and as of now 12 pm the bathroom still super dirty. That was a disappointment for a 4 star hotel. The hotel is close to a subway station and there are bus stops very close to the hotel. "

"The hotel was very nice, clean, and safe. Comfortable bed and clean room. Coffee and tea in room. Breakfast buffet was available. Staff was very helpful! We had a full day layover and they helped us get transportation into town to do some sightseeing and we were able to leave our bags so we didn't need to worry about finding luggage lockers or hauling our bags though the streets."

"This is my second stay here. My first was in February 2026. On this stay I came back to my room (was given the exact same room as my last visit) and the temperature was 84 F/29/C. My air conditioner was not working. When I stayed in February, it was working fine. I reported this to the front desk. I was told that the A/C was not on yet for the season. A young man brought up a fan. He said that the temperature in my room was “normal” for this time of year. I asked if he was the manager, and he said YES (this was not true). He was rude and was not willing to make any accommodation. The young lady at the front desk stated that they would find a solution in one hour. They did… My air conditioner was turned on and my room cooled down after several hours. This is a great hotel and I would love to give it five stars, however, even on my February visit, the maids were still cleaning my room when I arrived. I’m going to try this location one more time…it’s a really cute, clean hotel with friendly staff (except for that young man) and the location is perfect for layovers at Incheon. Maybe the third visit will be better!"

"Every staff is well trained and speaks English well and are very courteous. Liam Kim was one of them, who treated us like vip and kindly answered all the qusetions we asked while we were guided into the room. He made us feel comfortable in use. Staying was very pleasant and we will come again."

"The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay."
