"Staff service was great but the TV was not connecting to smart phone to use netflix, youtube or any entertainment. And it is great if they can provide a microwave and cutlery and crockery inside the room for guests to use. Otherwise everything else was perfect and will be definitely recommended"

"This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel"

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "Totally immaculate! Beautifully presented with lovely white sheets, pillow slips and towelling. Not a mark anywhere. Gorgeous gardens, plenty of convenient parking spaces. The property is listed as a " motel" but that doesn't do justice to it. Built around an historic home, it's way more than that. We will stay here again."
