Amazing breakfast and refreshing pool

After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken… The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun.

Good facilities, service, and swimming pool

The hotel has an amazing swimming pool that we enjoyed daily. There is a coffee shop that has Illy coffee, pastries and a nice sitting area for visiting with friends. The rooms are well-equipped, with lights beside each bed, an electric kettle and refrigerator, and roomy enough for a small table and armchair, a desk/counter with chair, and closet with a small safe. Service was always prompt and when the local power went out the hotel generator kept not just the lights but also the AC on. Breakfast was a buffet with ample choice - Indonesian, eggs cooked to order, fruit, local specialties. And the hotel location is walking distance from the local mall where there is plenty of food, a grocery store and many shops. We have stayed here for several years, often for long periods of time, and have been very happy every time. Only recommendation is that wifi is sometimes slow and you have to log on a lot (perhaps this depends on how many people are online).

Good swimming pool, close to airport

Pleasant, quiet hotel far from the bustle of Yogya's main roads, but close enough to the bustle to walk. Good, long swimming pool. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable and quiet area; good service

We have stayed here for extended periods each of the last 2 years and again this year. After each stay I have recommended improvements and each time I return these changes have been made. I appreciate this attention to customer satisfaction and will be returning again. Also, the staff in all areas are very attentive, helpful and professional. We enjoy the pool and the coffee shop as well as the ease of access to both the mall and to smaller streets in Nologaten area where we take morning walks.

Elegant and comfy

This hotel has a very elegant interior for its class, and also a comfy and quite spacious room. Although it does not offer city view whatsoever as the building is only few floors tall. But, it is very close to Plaza Ambarrukmo making it handy for you if you are a person who likes to hang out in a mall and come home late. The only complaint I had was the noises of people walking and knocking other rooms' doors in the hallway. Oh, also, the wifi internet is somewhat slow so I still need to rely on my LTE connection.

I will stay here again. Good value and very clean.

Great coffee off the lobby. Pool is also wonderful. Close to the airport and a good mall. Restaurant was average but that might be because there was almost no one eating there when I went. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to have info on tourist tours and drivers. I will stay here again when I return.

In a lost world

Communication was very difficult in both hotel and traveling. So, we did not get traditional Indonesian good food and missed to visit interesting places. I felt we were in lost world.

１階の部屋で、部屋は奇麗で、設備も良好でしたが、デスクにアリが常にいて残念でした。朝食の時間、少し遅めに行ったのですが、物切れ、皿切れ、ナイフとフォークまで有るべき所に無くなっていて、要求しなければ無い状況だったのは不満だった。
