"Breakfast menu was below average, non of the staff spoke English it was very difficult to try to communicate with them , I made my booking without the dinning package I decided to added on upon my arrival , the dinner for each person is approx 2000yens equivalent to usd70.00 x 2 usd140.00 . The 1st night dinner was very disappointing then the next morning I went to the front desk use Google Translate to communicate with the staff they do the same to com with me finally "

These were the negatives but the positives were the bright breakfast room with its hard working staff. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal.
