"This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. Everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-11 on the second floor of the same building, which was super convenient. A shopping street is directly across the road with lots of restaurants, secondhand shops, and new stores. The train station and bus stops are also right across the street, so getting around is easy. To get to Little Edo (Kurazukuri Street), you can take bus 1 or 2 and get off at W6. It costs about $2. We used a Suica card with no issues. Finding the hotel itself was a bit tricky at first. It’s located inside a large building and the signage isn’t great. You need to go to the elevators near the 7-11 on the second floor and take them up to the 7th floor, where the hotel is located. We had a car and used the parking garage in the same building. You bring your parking ticket to the hotel to pay. Parking was $19 per day, which felt reasonable for the location. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient area, just be prepared for a little confusion when you first arrive."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets. My only suggestion would be that perhaps cereal could be offered on the breakfast menu. The food was lovely but not something we were able to eat as a breakfast. I appreciate this is just a difference in cultures and we did buy cereal & milk which we kept in our room. If you're lucky enough to get room 1402 you will have the most breath taking view of Mt Fuji! I would highly recommend this hotel and will use again on future trips. "

"Nice location when sightseeing in the area. The AC did not work and would only output heat for all of the heating, cooling, and fan-only options. We struggled to open a window to get the temperature down. We messed up when booking a room and ended up with a room that didn't have a shower/bath."

"Clean room, spacious and good facilities in Onsen area. We enjoy our stay in this hotel. However, we stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, we could hear some noise from traffic and we could smell foods in our room during morning breakfast time. "

"Honestly i cant tell you how this place was. I didnt stay here. I booked the room to have a place to crash after the kawagoe festival. But this booking was not as close to the festival as i thought it would be. By the time the i was leaving the trains were done for the night and ended up staying at a netcafe for a few hours before making my way to the next booking. What i can tell you is the area this place is in is very quiet, like eere, like i got the vibe that no one goes there unless they have to. Didnt make the choice difficult to not go back "
