"The hotel was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. One problem is that I stayed for two days, and during that time, they did not accept cash at any of the restaurants. I also wanted to give some cash tips to the help, who were wonderful at cleaning and very helpful. No electronic tip option for them."

"Good location. Everything else was an absolute dumpster fire. Dirty rooms. Unhelpful staff. Nonworking amenities. And.... No shower curtain, which is super weird. Staff sleeps in the lounge, which is even weirder."

"We had a great time! The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near Central Park, and the Lincoln Center subway station made it easy to get around the city. My family (2 adults, 2 children, and 1 senior) loved staying here. We will definitely come back in the future!"

"The bed was comfy and clean, the air conditioning worked well, if a little noisy. The hotel was situated well with good access. The hotel is very 'tired' and all the furnishings reflect this. No fridge in the hotel room. Just a warning the bathroom although clean, was marble throughout with very sharp corners, on slip and you're in trouble. The staff were friendly. Also, food wasn't offered leaving a trek to find something decent for breakfast. I suppose you get what you pay for."
