"Check in experience was different, so my only advice is watch for an email from the property before arrival. It wasn't difficult, just wasn't expecting it and had to complete when we got to the hotel. Staff on site was extremely helpful and everyone was also very friendly. We found this location to be convenient for public transit, yet "off the beaten path" a little so it was nice and quiet. We felt safe, and everything was clean and well cared for. "Stayed with 2 friends and loved it. They kept our bags before and after we checked in/out, which was a huge bonus. We were a little worried when our room was next to the elevator but we didn’t hear it. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a small space, so there are no chairs to sit but the beds were comfortable. We appreciate the fridge, microwave and dishes. Henry was phenomenal with communication- including how long water might take to warm up, etc. I would stay here again with my friends...
