"The room was clean but didn’t have cart or person to help us with luggage. Also we have an electric vehicle and there were NO charging stations. The staff was nice."

"The room rates around CLT are so high I found the need to economise. Room 300 was good but too distant (?) to connect wifi, I had to go out down the hall to connect. I selected Wingate on price, checkout time (noon) and free shuttle & breakfast. You have to call for the shuttle to come to airport and a nice man let me know that as well as borrow his phone, thankfully. Breakfast was very basic as were in room amenities (no tea). It was ok. Had a good sleep."
