"Great staff , nice rooms . Good value . "

"Free breakfast was a good perk. Staff was attentive. Suite with kitchenette and separate bedroom was good, but be aware you need to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom, so you lose some privacy. My only major complaint is that on both days of our stay they were doing noisy maintenance work in the pool area and no notice of this was given. It was a cold and rainy weekend, so we were looking forward to spending lots of time at the indoor pool."

"We had a nice stay at Montecassino. Our room was very spacious and clean. Had a microwave, fridge and kettle in living area which was helpful. Also had 2 TVs. Bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The price of the stay was the biggest plus. Much cheaper than in downtown Toronto. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway station which takes you into Toronto. WiFi in our room was hit and miss. The breakfast is quite basic with just bagels, muffins yogurt and some fruit however...

"A great hotel for families. Breakfast had both hot and cold food, lots of tables to eat at when it’s busy, lovely warm pool (not huge but clean), room was modern and very clean, parking only $5 a night. "

"The hotel itself was nice, room was clean and everything in working order. My issue was the staff communication with the airport shuttle. For context, I arrived at Pearson Intl at 10pm, was ready at the terminal 3 hotel shuttle section by 10:25pm at which time i called the hotel and informed the staff member exactly where i was waiting: “Terminal 3 hotel shuttle station” to which she replied that their shuttle would arrive to pick me up in 15-20 minutes. I waited for 30mins before calling back...
