"成田からの直行便で朝早くにホテルに着きましたが、親切に迎えてくださいました。英語が苦手な様子を見て、スマホで翻訳して見せてくださりとてもありがたかったです。アーリーチェックインは相談していましたが部屋が準備出来次第ということで、10時過ぎにはメールをいただきチェックインできました。お部屋はとても清潔で５泊しましたが毎日きれいにしてくださいました！タオル類は床にぐちゃっとまとめておいた分のみ交換してくださるようで、洗面器の上に置いたままのタオルはそのままでした。 部屋からは熱帯植物たちが見え、鳥のさえずりが聞こえて最高に気持ちの良いお部屋でした。"

Cairns Colonial Club Resort
"Our room was close to reception and the eating areas. Accommodation was suitable for the one night we stayed. We found the mattress a bit to firm for us and the pillows were the same. Small thing! there was no face washer or hand towel in the bathroom, just 2 towels and bath mat. Unsure if forgotten ..."

Cairns Harbourside Hotel
"Séjour très agréable, personnel super sympa, hôtel très bien situé, le seul bémol, la chambre est très bien mais l’insonorisation pourrait être meilleure, nous avons malheureusement eu 2 nuits des voisins bruyants…"
