"We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast made to your order with additional cereal and juice available. The staff were very friendly and concerned about our needs. Car parking was provided at the back. The location was within walking distance from the town centre pubs and restaurant as well as next to a big Tesco. Perhaps the TV was a tad small. "

"Fabulous pub with rooms in a perfect location for the castle, canal basin and a wander around the local shops. Onsite parking made for an easy arrival. Every member of staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Receiving a flask of fresh milk was a great touch too. Breakfast was delicious and liked the local provenance.
