"Very clean rooms! The bathroom could have used a little attention, but overall a nice room. Very friendly staff, willing to answer any questions you have. Convenient location, easy to get to from the interstate, and there's a gas station open 24 hours next door"

"Stayed for family trip in Chicago and a baseball game. Room was clean, little smaller than expected but still decent sized. We had king bed and would say the family of three likely fits better. Food was good. Room was super quiet, very little residual noise could be heard from hall or other rooms. "

"This was my first Chicago trip with my friends. We went to see Lalapllosa everything went great at the hotel. Check-in was amazing me and my friend can’t wait to go back to Chicago again and stay at the same hotel."

"Everything was great except it took over 10 minutes for the hot water to come on and when we called the front desk, they said they would send someone but they never did and the shower/tub needs to be replaced, it was chipping and painted over "

"5 stars customer service. The man at front desk (Sunday 08/17/25 4:15 pm)was polite and friendly. He deserves an employee of the month award. The hotel is neat and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. We're coming back next time we go to a concert in Arcadia theater. This hotel is highly recommended."
